Mr. Bartch's art students paid homage to artist Chuck Close by working on a collaborative art piece.
Each student created a concentric square design using alternating colors of a specific hue. Over 320 different concentric square designs were created by the students. Completed pieces were assembled to reveal a hidden image. Can you see Mario? When an image is broken down into squares it is called a pixilated image.
